Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Peanut butter banana muffins are a hearty, wholesome treat that’s perfect for busy mornings. Ripe mashed bananas and creamy peanut butter come together in a soft, moist batter, lightly sweetened with brown sugar for a gentle, caramel-like warmth. Oats or granola add satisfying texture and a little extra heartiness to every bite. They’re great for breakfast on the go, lunchbox snacks, or a filling pick-me-up any time of day, and they’re an easy way to use up overripe bananas.
