Cream cheese is blended with a little mayonnaise for a smooth, spreadable base, then layered in a bowl with chunky salsa and a generous sprinkle of finely shredded cheese. The layers are repeated for twice the creamy, tangy, cheesy goodness, and served in a clear bowl, they make a beautiful presentation. Every scoop brings a creamy, cheesy bite with just a little zip from the salsa. Serve it with crackers or tortilla chips for an effortless snack that’s perfect for game days, holiday parties, potlucks, and last-minute guests.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3/4-1 cup chunky salsa
- 3/4-1 cup finely shredded cheese blend
- crackers for serving
Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread about 1/3 of it in the bottom of a flat-bottomed serving bowl.
Top with half of the chunky salsa, then about half of the finely shredded cheese blend.
Create the second layer by spreading the remaining cream cheese spread on top of the finely shredded cheese. Top with the remaining salsa. Finish with the remaining finely shredded cheese
Cover and chill until needed. Serve with assorted crackers.
Easier Layering: Using 1/3 of the cream cheese spread in the first layer makes it easier to spread the remaining cream cheese in the second layer.
Substitute: One can of Rotel tomatoes can be used in place of the salsa. Drain most of the liquid before layering.
