Chocolate-Covered Coconut Bonbons

Chocolate Covered Coconut Bonbons
Chocolate covered coconut bonbons are homemade confections with a sweet, chewy center and a smooth chocolate shell. Shredded coconut is blended into a rich, creamy filling, shaped into bite-sized balls, then dipped in melted chocolate and left to set. Each piece delivers a satisfying snap of chocolate followed by soft, tropical coconut sweetness. They’re perfect for holiday candy trays, homemade gifts, or a special treat to keep on hand for whenever a sweet craving strikes.
